My approach to Street’ is of the candid observer, although I have occasionally approached someone and asked for a portrait.   I admire the work of many historic and contemporary street masters, one of my favourites being Matt Stuart.   The quote which most resonates with me is: Take smaller steps on the street, observe more,’ sadly, I am as yet unaware of the author of this good advice.
